Ibi Village is managed by two brothers, Olivier and Thierry Mushiete, who have complementary backgrounds, respectively agronomy and finance. They created their project “Ibi Village” on the grounds they herited from their father Paul Mushiete. Their objective is to develop a sustainable socio-environmental project, based on 3 inseparable elements: environment, economy and social development.

Their team consists of a team of 35 permanent employees (staff and workers), and about 400 temporary workers. The permanent employees have different functions that are each important for the realisation of the project: agroforesty, social or agricultural animation, quality control, logistics, tribal and family customs, etc. The temporary workers are integrated in function of the different needs of the project.

There are three associations active in Ibi Village: Novacel, GI Agro et Profinaf Invest. They have complementary missions: the exploitation and commercialisation of agroindustrial productions, social and technical development, and the implementation of innovative projects in the field of fight against climate change.
