Hun ploeg bestaat uit een team van 35 permanente medewerkers (kaderpersoneel en arbeiders), en ongeveer 400 tijdelijken. De permanente medewerkers hebben verschillende functies die ieder op zich belangrijk zijn voor de realisatie van het project: agrobosbouw, sociaal of landbouwkundig werk, kwaliteitscontrole, logistiek, stam- en familieaangelegenheden, enz. De tijdelijken worden geïntegreerd in functie van de verschillende behoeften van het project. Er zijn drie vennootschappen actief in Ibi Village: Novacel, GI Agro et Profinaf Invest. Zij hebben complementaire missies: de exploitatie en commercialisatie van de agroindustriële productie, sociale en technische ontwikkeling, en de implementatie van innovatieve projecten in het domein van de strijd tegen de opwarming van de aarde. |
Ibi Village wordt beheerd door Olivier en Thierry Mushiete, twee broers die een complementaire achtergrond hebben, respectievelijk landbouwkunde en financiën. Hun project “Ibi Village” wordt gerealiseerd op de grond die ze van hun vader, Paul Mushiete, geërfd hebben. Hun prioriteit is duurzame ontwikkeling, gebaseerd op 3 onafscheidelijke elementen: milieu, economie en sociale ontwikkeling.
