Enrichi avec du ciment, il suffit à produire des briques en terre stabilisée puis séchée pendant quatre semaines, à l’air libre, sans cuisson et donc sans consommation d’énergie. 
Ces briques sont utilisées pour construire ou agrandir des bâtiments d’exploitation et des logements. le savoir f faire acquis permet d'optimiser le nombre de briques utilisées, notamment dans le montage des maisons.
